We are seeking a highly skilled Civil Engineer Project Manager to join our team at The EADS Group in Johnstown, PA. Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design and client-facing teams, to deliver projects
  • Develop and implement project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation
  • Conduct client meetings and presentations to ensure project progress and address concerns
  • Oversee the work of design teams, providing guidance and support to ensure project success
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field
  • 5 years of experience in municipal or stormwater management work or site development
  • Experience with regulatory permitting, proposal preparation, project and client management
  • Proficiency in Autodesk Civil 3D and other engineering software
  • Licensed as a professional engineer in Pennsylvania or the ability to obtain within one year
