About the Role
Linktree is a rapidly growing company that empowers anyone to curate, grow, and monetize their digital universe. As a Staff Product Designer, Growth, you will be at the forefront of design innovation, leading our efforts to build robust, scalable, and elegant foundations to support social commerce and other new initiatives for our millions of creators. This is a fast-moving, high-impact role that unites all design across our platform.
Responsibilities
- Lead the visioning, strategy, and execution of digital design initiatives, ensuring they align with Linktree's goals and user expectations.
- Conduct deep dives into the needs of our diverse user base, identifying unique challenges and opportunities for design innovation.
- Create wireframes, user flows, and prototypes to communicate design concepts and interactions effectively.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver cohesive and seamless user experiences across all digital touchpoints.
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers, fostering a culture of design excellence and continuous learning.
- Present and communicate design concepts and strategies to stakeholders, including executives, in a clear and compelling manner.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in design and technology, leveraging insights to keep Linktree at the cutting edge of digital design.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, HCI, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience in digital product design, with a proven track record of leading successful design projects from concept to launch.
- Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies, with experience conducting user research and usability testing.
- A portfolio showcasing your expertise in designing exceptional user experiences across different platforms (web, mobile, etc.).
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Strong leadership and communication skills, capable of articulating design vision and strategy to stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to adapt and thrive amidst changing priorities and timelines.
