About the Role

As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for:

• Greeting customers promptly and courteously, listening to their needs, and providing accurate repair estimates.
• Working closely with our technicians to ensure that repairs are completed efficiently and effectively.
• Upselling additional services, managing extended service contracts, and maintaining high customer satisfaction scores.
