PCU Nurse Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate PCU Registered Nurse to join our team at MLee Healthcare Staffing and Recruiting, Inc. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in patient assessment, care planning, and implementation.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Conduct thorough patient evaluations to identify signs of recovery or worsening conditions
* Administer medications as directed by physicians or according to established nursing protocols
* Maintain a safe and efficient environment by preparing medical equipment and supplies

**Requirements:**

* Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ASN) required
* Current Registered Nurse licensure
* Previous experience in a Progressive Care Unit (PCU) setting preferred
* Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications
