Responsibilities- Provide professional nursing care to patients, utilizing the nursing process and adhering to established standards and protocols.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, to deliver quality care and achieve positive patient outcomes.
- Contribute to the development of a positive and supportive work environment, promoting a culture of respect, empathy, and open communication.
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development, staying up-to-date with the latest clinical practices and research.
- Assist with the development and implementation of patient care plans, ensuring that they are tailored to meet the individual needs of each patient.
- Current RN licensure in Texas or compact state.
- Current BCLS certification.
- Minimum College: Associate Degree, Diploma in Nursing, or BSN.
- Attainment of CRRN or within two years working on the Inpatient Rehabilitation Unit the nurse will take and pass the Certified Rehabilitation Registered Nurse examination.
