Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our dynamic treatment team in Chicago (Orland Park), IL. As an LPN at Milan Laser, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient care and achieving outstanding aesthetic results.
Responsibilities- Perform laser hair removal treatments in accordance with established protocols and procedures
- Educate patients on the laser hair removal process and provide personalized pre- and post-treatment care recommendations
- Work collaboratively with clients to achieve their medical or aesthetic hair-free goals
- Collaborate with the clinic team to drive business growth and success
- Provide a warm and welcoming environment by delivering world-class patient care
- Record accurate and detailed medical documentation in patients' electronic medical records
- Maintain a clean and organized treatment room, ensuring a professional environment
- Perform minor maintenance on the laser to ensure optimal functionality
- Collaborate with Regional Clinical Specialists and Medical Management Specialists as needed
- Active, unencumbered LPN license
- Ability to work 38-40 hours per week, including rotating Saturdays and evenings
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to maintain confidential information
- Physical stamina to stand for up to 9 hours a day and lift up to 50 pounds
- Visual acuity to assess clients' skin and operate the laser
- Medical, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance within 30 days
