Key Responsibilities- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on industrial equipment, including conveyor systems, electrical and mechanical systems, and other related equipment.
- Read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and electrical schematics to diagnose and repair equipment.
- Operate and maintain a variety of equipment, including fabrication and welding equipment, and electrical and mechanical systems.
- Develop and implement work plans for emergency repairs of critical assets.
- Collaborate with operations and other departments to ensure smooth production and maintenance operations.
- Maintain accurate records and reports of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- At least 2 years of experience in industrial or commercial maintenance, including electrical and mechanical systems.
- 2 years of experience in conveyor maintenance preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and electrical schematics.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and ability to learn company software programs.
- Valid driver's license required.
The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to high. The employee is occasionally exposed to moving mechanical parts, high, precarious places, and risk of electrical shock and vibration.
