Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Press Operator to join our team at Nelson Global - Arcadia. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring quality standards are met while upholding safety principles and guidelines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Safely operate assigned machines to produce finished product in a final assembly
  • Read and understand blueprints and work instructions
  • Utilize hand tools, power tools, and other special equipment within the department
  • Accurately utilize measuring devices such as measuring tape, calipers, and pi tape
  • Clean and inspect completed parts
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and maintain a safe and clean work environment
Requirements
  • 1 year of manufacturing or production experience (training provided for the right candidate)
  • Ability to lift, push, pull 25 pounds and stand, bend, reach, and walk for at least 10 hours
  • Positive attitude and professional demeanor
  • Ability to work in a group and individual setting, handle multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines
Benefits
