We are seeking a skilled Radiology Technician to join our team at ALLIED Presbyterian Rust Medical Center. As a Radiology Technician, you will be responsible for operating imaging equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images for our patients.
Key Responsibilities- Operate various imaging equipment, including X-ray machines, CT scanners, and MRI machines, to produce high-quality diagnostic images.
- Position patients correctly to ensure accurate and safe imaging procedures.
- Monitor patients during imaging procedures and provide emotional support as needed.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient imaging procedures and results.
- Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care.
- 2 years of experience as a Radiology Technician, with a strong background in medical imaging and patient care.
- Current certification in radiography, with a preference for ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) certification.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
