Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the external sales team by managing order processing and liaising with different departments
- Oversee customer databases and manage online portals
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to enhance customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and ERP applications
- Knowledge of the Aerospace and Defense industry
- Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident
