Career Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Career Development Specialist to join our team at The Kennedy Collective Inc. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals with disabilities.
Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain accurate individual electronic case records and ensure compliance with state funding requirements.
- Assist individuals with career planning, including interview preparation, job exploration, and documentation completion.
- Complete attendance and billing sheets, ensuring service notes support all billed services.
- Attend meetings, provide education and support to employers, and maintain open communication with relevant agencies.
