Job Title: ABA Therapist

Universal Therapeutic Services, LLC is seeking a highly skilled ABA Therapist to join our team. As a leading provider of quality behavioral health services, we strive to enhance and restore the worth and dignity of all individuals in need of treatment.

Job Summary

The ABA Therapist will provide intensive clinical therapeutic services to children, adolescents, and adults with identified mental health, emotional health, or substance abuse conditions. This role requires experience and knowledge working with individuals with autism, as well as the ability to engage clients and their families in the treatment process.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct initial comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans to meet the needs of clients and families
  • Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions to address mental health, emotional health, and substance abuse conditions
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices in ABA therapy

Requirements

  • Master's degree in a field related to mental health, social work, or psychology
  • Current licensure as a mental health professional (e.g. LMSW, LMHC, LPC, LIMSW, or Ph.D.)
  • Ability to pass a Level II background check and maintain a valid driver's license with clean driving record
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse populations
