Position Overview:
The role of the Security Program Manager is critical in ensuring the integrity and safety of our operations. This position involves overseeing the local security initiatives in alignment with the Intelligence Community and Department of Defense protocols.
Your Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation of security measures and compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.
- Manage relationships with external security personnel and collaborate with internal teams to support classified projects.
- Prepare and maintain essential documentation for handling classified materials, including security clearances and access controls.
- Conduct security training sessions and briefings to promote awareness and adherence to security practices.
- Participate in security assessments and audits to identify and mitigate risks.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:
- A minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in security management roles.
- In-depth knowledge of security directives and regulations, including the NISPOM Rule.
- Experience with personnel security processing and SCIF operations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently.
Clearance Requirement:
This position necessitates an active Top Secret/SCI security clearance, which will be processed by the appropriate government authorities.
Work Environment:
The role is situated in a dynamic office setting that demands teamwork and effective communication across various levels of the organization. Candidates should be prepared for a fast-paced environment with potential overtime requirements.
