Job Summary:
Washington Health System is seeking a skilled and dedicated Nurse to join our team. As a Graduate Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide and manage nursing care for assigned patients and families to achieve stated clinical and organizational outcomes.
- Use the nursing process to care for patients/families, including education along the care continuum.
- Collaborate with other healthcare team members to ensure safe, timely, efficient, and effective care that responds to individual patient needs.
- Meet and maintain established patient/family care and professional practice standards.
- Direct and oversee care provided by assistive personnel through delegation, evaluation, and coordination.
Requirements:
- Must be able to work rotating 12-hour shifts (6:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. and 6:30 p.m. to 7 a.m.).
- Student nurses graduating from a registered nurse program within six months of application are encouraged to apply.
