About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and safety-conscious School Bus Driver to transport students to and from school in Champlin, MN. As a member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and timely arrival of our students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate a school bus safely and efficiently, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
  • Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure the bus is in good working condition.
  • Assist students with boarding and exiting the bus, providing a safe and supportive environment.
  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and school staff to ensure a smooth and successful transportation experience.
Requirements
  • Valid driver's license for at least 3 years.
  • Good verbal communication skills and ability to work with students of varying ages and abilities.
  • Ability to pass a drug screen and physical examination.

  • A competitive starting wage of $24.50/hour.
