Job Title: Baker Trainee

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Baker Trainee to join our team at Panera Bread. As a Baker Trainee, you will be responsible for assisting our experienced bakers in the production of fresh, artisan breads and pastries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation and baking of breads and pastries
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment
  • Work effectively as part of a team to meet production deadlines
  • Communicate effectively with supervisors and colleagues
  • Evaluate finished products for quality and presentation

Requirements:

  • Some food service experience preferred
  • 18+ years of age
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Must be able to pass a background check
