The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in structural aluminum fabrication and welding, with a strong focus on safety, quality, and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and fabricate metal components of products, following specifications from blueprints, diagrams, or oral instructions.
  • Prepare material surfaces for welding, removing any loose or thick scale, slag, rust, moisture, grease, or other foreign matter.
  • Operate manual or semi-automatic welding equipment, selecting proper electrodes according to metals to be joined or as instructed.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of experience in structural steel industry.
  • At least 2 years of experience in aluminum fabrication industry.
  • Proficiency in SMAW, GMAW, and FCAW welding processes.

Salary and Benefits:

$42,250 - $56,000 per year, based on a 40-hour workweek and an average workweek of 45 hours in 2023. The company offers a 401(k) plan with matching, health insurance, paid time off, and vacation.
