Job Opportunity: Bank Teller Apprentice

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Bank Teller Apprentice. This full-time opportunity will provide you with the chance to develop your skills and knowledge in the banking industry.

As a Bank Teller Apprentice, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, where you will be able to learn and grow with our team. You will be responsible for processing customer transactions, promoting and selling bank products and services, and responding to customer inquiries and concerns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process customer transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments
  • Promote and sell bank products and services to new and existing customers
  • Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner

Requirements:

  • On track to graduate high school or high school diploma or equivalency
  • Previous related experience and/or training in a customer service environment
  • Intermediate use of desktop applications
  • Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills
