This position involves providing in-home care with a daily schedule that includes evening and overnight shifts, ensuring comprehensive support for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal hygiene needs, including bathing, dressing, and eating.
- Ensure clients adhere to their medication schedules.
- Support mobility within the home and during outings.
- Help with meal planning and preparation.
- Facilitate shopping trips or handle grocery shopping for clients.
- Perform light housekeeping tasks.
- Document any unusual occurrences and respond promptly in emergencies.
- Engage clients in daily living activities, including meal assistance.
Qualifications
- Passion for working in a one-on-one care environment and a commitment to continuous learning.
- Ability to fulfill all essential job duties with or without accommodations.
- Possession of a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Demonstrated compassion and supportiveness in caregiving.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Minimum of one year of experience in healthcare, hospitality, or home care settings.
- Commitment to maintaining health and safety standards.
- High School Diploma or equivalent experience as a caregiver.
- Experience with Hoyer lifts is a plus.
