**Urology Career Opportunity**
We are seeking a skilled Urologist to join our team at Archway Physician Recruitment. Our client, a standalone, financially stable, not-for-profit health system, is looking for a dedicated professional to fill a full-time and permanent position in Great Falls, Montana.
**Position Overview**
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a team of 3.5 full-time physicians, offering efficient and safe patient care. The urologist will have a wide range of general bread-and-butter urology cases, with the option to incorporate specialized interests, such as pediatrics, endourology, reconstructive urology, female urology, infertility, and oncology.
**Clinical Environment**
The urologist will have access to two large procedure rooms within the clinic and will perform inpatient surgical procedures in our 10 main operating rooms, located within a 5-minute walk from the clinic. We have two DaVinci Xis, many well-trained robotic first-assistants, and a dedicated Cysto Suite.
**Collaboration and Support**
The urologist will collaborate with oncologists and radiation oncologists at our regional cancer center and participate in a monthly multidisciplinary Tumor Board. We have a strong internal referral base from over 340 Benefis Medical Group providers, and additional support and referral patterns from local and regional providers.
**Work Schedule and Call Coverage**
The urologist will have a flexible schedule, with general outpatient clinic hours Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The call schedule is 1:4, typically one weekday per week and one weekend per month. When on-call, the urologist will cover just one ER and will average one consult per day and one case per weekend.
**Compensation and Benefits**
We offer great compensation structures, including a guaranteed salary and RVU bonus structures, as well as incentive compensation bonuses. Benefits include 8 weeks of paid time off, a $6,000 annual education/license fund, malpractice coverage, health, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance, as well as a 403B plan with a 5% match and additional pre-tax savings programs for retirement.
