Auditorium Manager

To inspire and prepare each and every scholar to achieve their dreams; contribute to community; and engage in a lifetime of learning.
Coordinate all auditorium events to ensure smooth operation during and outside regular school hours, and maintain the inventory of sound, lighting, and other equipment needs.
Responsibilities:
Assist in scheduling events and staff in the auditorium.
Effectively operate the sound board, light board, and other basic equipment in the auditorium.
Set up and facilitate consultations with permit holders.
Select, train, manage, and provide work direction to Auditorium Technicians.
Provide excellent customer service.
Monitor for safety and arrange for necessary maintenance or repairs.
Maintain the inventory list of current equipment/supplies as well as equipment supplies needed.
Be present during events as needed.
Requirements:
Experience with high-end theater sound and lighting systems.
Ability to work and communicate with people of diverse backgrounds.
Excellent organizational skills.

Casual, Part-time, work hours vary depending on when events needing auditorium staff support are scheduled.
