Buck & Rider, a renowned Seafood Eatery and Oyster Bar in Gilbert, seeks an experienced Oyster Shucker to join our elite team. With a focus on delivering exceptional dining experiences, we offer a fun and youthful atmosphere.

$50,000 - $70,000 per year, plus tips.

We are looking for positive and professional team members who are excited to learn our systems and develop in our culture. Experience in a high-volume polished atmosphere is preferred.

• Provide the highest level of cleanliness to brand standards
• Knowledge of recipe adherence
• Ensure that food is executed with highest quality of both taste and appearance
• Accuracy and speed when executing assigned tasks

We thrive in a high-energy, team-based environment. If you have steak and seafood knowledge, it's a plus, but the desire to learn and deliver the highest level of hospitality is even better.

• Comply with nutrition, sanitation regulations and safety standards
• Proven cooking experience, including experience as a line chef, restaurant cook or lead prep cook
• Have a current Food Handler's/Servesafe card or ability to obtain
