Position Overview

ProCare Therapy is pleased to offer opportunities for Behavioral Support Technicians to become a part of our dedicated team. We are seeking professionals with a minimum of 1+ years of experience in behavioral support to work with students in an educational setting.

Job Details:
  • Full-time, Onsite position
  • Various caseloads available
Qualifications:
  • Must possess a valid certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in accordance with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
  • Experience with individuals diagnosed with autism or similar developmental challenges is preferred.
  • Background in educational or behavioral environments is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team setting.
  • While SBT Training is not mandatory, it is considered a plus.
Compensation and Benefits:
  • Competitive hourly wage starting at $22/hr, commensurate with experience.
  • 401k matching program available.
