We are seeking a skilled Diagnostic Imaging Specialist to join our team at Cross Country Allied. As a Diagnostic Imaging Specialist, you will be responsible for operating computerized tomography (CT) scanners to produce high-quality medical images for diagnostic purposes.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare patients for CT scans by explaining the procedure, positioning them correctly, and ensuring their safety and comfort.
- Operate CT scanners to produce high-quality images of patients' internal organs and tissues.
- Process images for radiologists and physicians to aid in diagnosis and treatment.
- Handle patient records and maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure accurate and timely diagnosis and treatment.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of recent experience as a Diagnostic Imaging Specialist.
- ARRT Certification.
- BLS Certification (AHA).
- Current state license (if applicable).
