Job Summary

Kneaders Bakery & Cafe is seeking a skilled Bread Baker to join our team. As a Bread Baker, you will be responsible for producing high-quality artisan breads, pastries, and other baked goods.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce a variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods using traditional recipes and techniques.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.
• Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, meeting production deadlines and quality standards.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operation of the bakery.
• Assist with inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining equipment.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in large-scale baking or pastry production.
• Attentiveness to compliance with local, state, and federal regulations for food handler and sanitation standards.
• Formal baking or pastry education is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds or more, stand for long periods, and work in a fast-paced environment.
