Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Assistant Community Manager to support our team in delivering exceptional service to homeowners in the communities we manage. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our communities, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, and upholding the company's standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support community managers in daily operations
- Respond to homeowner inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Collaborate with vendors and staff to ensure seamless execution of tasks
- Prepare and distribute necessary documents, such as board meeting packets and mailouts
- Develop and implement effective solutions to complex problems
- Maintain accurate records and data
- Assist with budgeting and financial reporting

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
- 3+ years of experience in community management or a related field
- Proven track record of excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, and Word

Salary Estimate:
$60,000 - $70,000 per year depending on location and experience.
