Document Control Specialist

This is a challenging opportunity for a skilled Document Control Specialist to join our team at AppleOne. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing document control processes, ensuring that all documents are categorized, indexed, and monitored for changes and updates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement document control processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Ensure that all documents are accurately categorized, indexed, and stored in a secure and accessible manner.
- Monitor document changes and updates, and communicate with stakeholders as necessary.
- Assist in the implementation of document management systems and processes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- Proven experience in document control, process improvement, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a team environment.
