Locksmith Technician

We are seeking an experienced Locksmith Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both traditional locksmith techniques and modern electronic security systems. You will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of locks and security systems for educational, commercial, and industrial clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, repair, and maintain traditional mechanical locks and electronic security systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with electronic access control systems, keypads, card readers, and smart locks.
• Rekey locks and provide key duplication services.
• Conduct security assessments and provide recommendations to clients.
• Respond to emergency lockout situations and provide on-site support.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and job completion details.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Locksmith Technician
• Knowledge of electronic access control systems, keyless entry, and other advanced security technologies.
• Ability to work with both traditional and electronic locking systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to job sites as needed.

Salary starts at $60,000 per year, based on experience.
