As a Client Relationship Specialist, you will receive comprehensive training on UMB's offerings, the sales methodology, and how to provide effective financial solutions.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Engaging in personalized dialogues to transform transactions, account maintenance, and routine service requests into cross-selling opportunities that strengthen client relationships while addressing customer needs.
- Proactively generating sales opportunities by reaching out to leads, visiting businesses to present workplace banking options, and cultivating referral networks.
- Meeting your daily performance metrics while managing competing priorities effectively.
- Learning processes such as transaction handling, cash drawer management, and completing bank documentation in compliance with industry and legal standards.
- Performing other assigned duties as required.
- You excel in a dynamic, sales-oriented team environment and utilize daily coaching and feedback to enhance your sales performance.
- You leverage your in-depth product knowledge and communication skills to address customer needs and make a significant impact on their financial journeys.
- You convey information compellingly, maintain a positive demeanor, and enjoy problem-solving to create favorable outcomes.
- You pay meticulous attention to detail when completing documents or explaining product features and benefits.
- You possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- You have at least one year of experience in a retail setting engaging with customers and making product recommendations that lead to sales or relevant experience.
- You have reliable transportation and are available to work branch hours, including weekends and some evenings.
- You can obtain NMLS registration within 90 days.
Minimum:
$29, Maximum: $68,330.00
The compensation range provided in this listing reflects UMB's standard for this position; however, actual compensation may vary based on geographic location, experience level, and other job-related factors.
