Debur Finisher

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Debur Finisher to join our team at Kamatics Corporation. As a Debur Finisher, you will be responsible for performing complex edge break and hand finishing work, as well as all assembly operations, as part of the production process in the assigned cell.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform Deburring and Finishing Operations: Remove burrs and blend castings, forgings, and machined products using various hand and power tools.
• Assemble and Adjust Complex Components: Assemble and adjust complex components, mark, label, and package parts, and make adjustments to meet customer requirements.
• Train and Develop Assemblers: Train assemblers in operations and processes associated with Deburr/Finishing and develop and document assembly procedures.
• Troubleshoot and Resolve Issues: Troubleshoot and resolve problems or refer problems to appropriate individuals, and select and document proper tools, methods, and techniques for finishing complex geometries to meet blueprint requirements.
• Maintain Productivity and Quality: Perform all responsibilities within productivity and quality expectations, follow work procedures, and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Provide Excellent Customer Service: Provide a high level of service to all internal and external customers, contribute to positive teamwork environment, and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Education: High school diploma/GED.
• Experience: 2-5 years of Deburring/Finishing in a manufacturing environment.
