This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and innovative healthcare setting, where you will have the autonomy to develop and implement individualized treatment plans, collaborate with our multidisciplinary team, and contribute to the growth and development of our clinical programs.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive psychosocial and intake evaluations, diagnoses, and treatment planning
- Deliver individual, group, and family/couples psychotherapy and/or counseling
- Collaborate with the clinical team to develop and implement individualized patient treatment plans
- Supervise and provide psychological interventions and treatments as per the direction of established treatment plans
- Ensure consistency between psychological services rendered and prescribed treatment(s)
- Ensure that clinical services are delivered in full compliance with established policies and procedures
- Collaborate with clinical and operations teams to achieve excellence in patient care outcomes
- Consistently seek to identify areas for improvement in patient care, experience, and satisfaction
- Plan, develop, and implement educational programs to ensure clinical expertise of staff
- Maintain patient records in a professional and compliant manner
- Maintain documentation and billing accuracy for psychological services rendered
- Doctoral Degree in Psychology (Ph.D. or Psy.D.)
- Current license as a Psychologist in New York State
- Familiarity with evidence-based care
- Prior relevant experience in clinical/outpatient behavioral health
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work effectively with the entire clinical and operations teams in addition to with patients and families
