Job Title: Medical Professional - OR Float Pool Nurse

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team in the Operating Room (OR) Float Pool at Incredible Health.

About the Role:

This is a dynamic and challenging position that requires strong clinical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.

The ideal candidate will have experience in various specialties, including CVOR, Circulate, Neuro, On-call required, Open heart, Ortho, PACU, Pediatric, RNFA, Robotic surgery, Scrub, Transplant, or Vascular.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care in the OR environment, working collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team to deliver safe and effective care.
  • Participate in pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative patient care, ensuring seamless transitions between phases of care.
  • Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with colleagues and patients regarding patient status and care plans.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of an ADN/ASN degree from an accredited school of nursing, or higher.
  • An active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license in the state of Washington.
