We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in Tucson, AZ. As a Homecare Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in the comfort of their own homes.
About the Role
This is a part-time/full-time opportunity with both day and night shifts available. You will work closely with pediatric and adult patients, utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
Responsibilities
- Provide skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders on each assignment.
- Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.
Qualifications
- Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state in which the LPN will practice.
- Current TB or Chest X-Ray.
- Current BLS card.
- One year prior professional nursing experience preferred.
