Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment by cleaning and sanitizing all surfaces, equipment, and floors.
  • Remove trash and recyclables to designated areas and transport service-ware to the kitchen for cleaning.
  • Scrape food from dirty dishes, pots, and pans and wash them by hand or load dishwasher.
  • Assist guests with special requests and communicate with servers and supervisors as needed.
  • Load and unload supply trucks and stock, date, and rotate food items.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the team.
