Assembler I Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Assembler I to join our production team at UFP Industries. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for fabricating component parts and assembling finished products according to customer specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Completes work area setup and ensures a safe and clean working environment
  • Fits parts together in accordance with prescribed instructions and quality standards
  • Operates hand tools as required to complete the assembly process
  • Stacks completed products and covers, labels, and bands components as needed
  • Maintains production records and checks materials and finished products for compliance with standards
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • No minimum experience required, but 6 months of manufacturing and assembling experience is preferred
  • Working knowledge of basic math
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
