Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Nxt Property Management is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the physical aspects of our buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas are well-maintained and in excellent condition.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including light grounds keeping and repairs to appliances, plumbing, and electrical systems.
  • Respond to resident requests for maintenance and repairs in a timely and professional manner.
  • Work collaboratively with the maintenance team to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or certification in a related field preferred.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, colleagues, and vendors.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand for long periods, and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of maintenance software.
