POSITION OVERVIEW:

The primary responsibility of this role is to safely transport residents to and from scheduled appointments, activities, and in emergency situations as required. Adherence to all safety regulations and policies is essential. Additionally, you will perform floor maintenance duties, ensuring cleanliness in community areas and contributing to a positive living environment for residents under the guidance of a supervisor.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
  • Proficient communication skills in English, with the ability to follow both verbal and written instructions.
  • Possession of a valid driver’s license in good standing, with a minimum age requirement of twenty-five (25) years.
  • Demonstrated ability to follow directions effectively.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail are essential.
  • Ability to collaborate with supervisors, colleagues, and community staff.
  • Flexibility to work scheduled hours as required by the position.
  • Compliance with local health regulations and successful completion of post-employment physical exams, including drug screening and background checks.
  • Ability to engage positively with residents and their families, fostering a cooperative work environment.
  • Must not pose a direct threat to the health and safety of others in the workplace.
Experience:
  • Relevant experience at a level necessary to fulfill job responsibilities.
  • CNA certification is preferred.
Work Schedule and Compensation:
  • Full-Time Employment Opportunities Available
  • Required Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
  • Hourly Wage: $15.00
