Job Summary

The EMR System Support Technician plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our electronic medical record system at Northeastern Center. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to end-users, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining the integrity of the system.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and technical support to end-users
  • Troubleshoot and resolve EMR-related issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Maintain the functionality and integrity of the EMR system
  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance user proficiency
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve workflow and system design
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Healthcare, or a related field
  • At least three years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in troubleshooting and customer service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of medical terminology and ICD-10 codes
  • Experience working in a team-oriented environment
