Job Title: Therapist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Therapist to join our clinical team at Banyan Treatment Centers in Cathedral City, CA. As a Therapist, you will provide clinical services at Detox and Residential levels, with potential assistance in PHP. Your responsibilities will include managing a patient caseload, delivering group, individual, and family therapy, and conducting bio-psychosocial assessments.

Responsibilities:

  • Complete ASAM Forms, initial assessments, and bio-psycho-social evaluations.
  • Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions.
  • Maintain family support and conduct collateral calls as needed.
  • Formulate comprehensive treatment plans and develop treatment goals.
  • Facilitate daily process groups and participate in multidisciplinary reviews.
  • Collaborate with Case Management for resource coordination.
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in social work or a related human services field.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Work experience in the field of behavioral/mental health is strongly preferred.
  • Active California AMFT, ACSW, APCC, LPCC, LCSW LMFT, LMHC or PsyD/PhD in Psychology.
