Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Seasonal Sales Associate to join our team in the backroom processing area. As a Seasonal Sales Associate, you will play a critical role in supporting the sales floor by processing and preparing merchandise for the sales floor.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor, adhering to company procedures and standards.
  • Ring customer purchases/returns and count change back to customer according to established operating procedures.
  • Promote credit and loyalty programs to customers.
  • Maintain and uphold merchandising philosophy and follow established merchandising procedures and standards.
  • Initiate and participate in store recovery as needed throughout the day.
  • Maintain all organizational, cleanliness, and recovery standards for the sales floor and participate in the maintenance/cleanliness of the entire store.
  • Provide and accept recognition and constructive feedback.
  • Adhere to all labor laws, policies, and procedures.
  • Support and participate in store shrink reduction goals and programs.
  • Participate in safety awareness and maintain a safe environment.
Requirements
  • Possess excellent customer service skills.
  • Able to work a flexible schedule to support business needs.
  • Possess strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Capable of multi-tasking.
  • Able to respond appropriately to changes in direction or unexpected situations.
  • Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Works effectively with peers and supervisors.
  • Retail customer experience preferred.

We offer a competitive starting pay rate of $12.00 to $12.50 per hour, depending on relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
