**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide prompt and attentive service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Take food and beverage orders from guests and deliver food to guests promptly after preparation.
  • Follow-up with guests to ensure satisfaction and make recommendations as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to health and safety standards.
  • Participate in pre-shift meetings and taste tests to ensure knowledge of menu items and promotions.
  • Accountable for checks and cash transactions, utilizing the Point of Sales System.
  • Follow established systems for taking, placing, and delivering orders, as well as greeting, cocktail service, and general service techniques.
  • Practices tray service for all food and beverage service.
  • Cross-trained in bartending service to provide a seamless experience for guests.
  • Incorporates safe work practices in job performance.
  • Valid driver's license required for operating the picker for range balls and golf cart.
  • Regular and reliable attendance is essential.

**Requirements:**

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Food Safety and Sanitation Training and Alcohol Awareness Training.
  • Ability to read and speak English may be required in order to perform the duties of the job.
  • Meets state age requirements for handling alcoholic beverages.
  • Knowledge of POS system.
