About the Role:
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a medical office setting and possess a high school diploma plus medical certification. You will be responsible for scheduling appointments, maintaining accurate patient records, and assisting with administrative tasks.

- Schedule appointments and maintain a smooth office flow
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry and filing
- Provide exceptional customer service to patients and providers
- Maintain compliance with OSHA, state, and federal regulations
Requirements:
