Job Title: Branch Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Branch Manager to lead our industrial services team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for the overall management of our branch office, ensuring the safe, efficient, and cost-effective operation of our facilities.

Responsibilities:

* Ensure the health and safety of our employees and customers by following policies and procedures, and promoting a culture of safety within the branch
* Direct and optimize overall operations in the assigned geographic area, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
* Communicate effectively with all departments, providing regular updates on branch performance and addressing any operational issues
* Monitor and analyze operational reports, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to optimize branch performance
* Provide leadership and direction to employees, ensuring they are operating in accordance with company policies and procedures
* Conduct regular field visits to inspect equipment and working environments, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory requirements
* Work closely with the Assistant Branch Manager to monitor safety statistics and ensure compliance with reporting procedures
* Develop and implement strategies to market our services and grow the business, while maintaining collaborative and profitable relationships with customer organizations
* Prepare annual budgets, ensuring cost controls and general efficiencies to achieve financial targets and profit margins

Requirements:

* 3+ years of industrial services experience
* 3+ years of leadership experience (military or civilian)
* Profit and loss responsibility
* Working knowledge of DOT and fleet compliance
* Hands-on experience repairing water blast pumps
* High level of computer proficiency
