Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Collision Estimator to join our team at Classic Collision Inc. As a key member of our repair team, you will be responsible for assessing and estimating damages to vehicles, providing exceptional customer service, and working closely with our technicians to ensure timely and accurate repairs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Damage Assessment: Conduct thorough inspections of damaged vehicles to identify and estimate repair costs.
  • Customer Communication: Provide clear and concise information to customers regarding their vehicle's damage and repair process.
  • Estimating and Reporting: Prepare accurate and detailed estimates for customers and insurance companies, ensuring compliance with manufacturer and company guidelines.
  • Collaboration with Technicians: Work closely with our technicians to confirm all aspects of the damage are identified and to ensure timely and accurate repairs.
  • Quality Control: Perform quality inspections prior to vehicle delivery to ensure repairs meet our high standards.
Requirements
  • Experience: 5 years of direct repair program (DRP) experience or 5 years of collision estimating experience.
  • Skills: Strong organizational skills, ability to provide clear and concise information, and prior experience with estimating systems (CCC1 preferred).
  • Certifications: I-CAR / ASE certification preferred.
