Banking Associate

Woodforest National Bank is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Teller Retail Banker to join our team in Georgia-Riverdale. As a key member of our branch team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing transactions, and promoting bank products and services.

• Achieve individual sales goals by identifying and marketing bank products and services to customers.
• Process transactions, open accounts, and perform account maintenance.
• Handle branch servicing duties, including vault balancing, cash ordering, and ATM maintenance.
• Employ problem-solving skills to address customer inquiries and concerns.

• 3 years of relevant sales and/or customer service experience, or an Associate's degree and 1 year of relevant experience, or a Bachelor's degree.
• Previous in-store banking experience is preferred but not required.
• Must be positive and engaging.

• Full-time position with little to no overnight travel expected.
• Standing most of the time, with occasional walking, moving, bending, or lifting up to 30 lbs.
