Key Responsibilities:- Provide basic patient care and services under the direction of a registered nurse.
- Follow established clinical procedures to ensure accurate and timely completion of patient care tasks.
- Gather and document patient data to contribute to assessment and maintain the integrity of the medical record.
- Recognize and report abnormalities to the RN, and take appropriate action in emergency situations.
- Reinforce patient teaching as delegated by the RN, and establish a rapport with patients through therapeutic and patient-focused communication.
