Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) - PCU Unit

Aequor Healthcare is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in the Progressive Care Unit (PCU) at our facility in Fort Thomas, Kentucky.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate RN to provide high-quality patient care in our PCU unit. As a travel nurse, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team and gain valuable experience in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care to patients in the PCU unit, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
  • Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  • Monitor patients' conditions and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.
Requirements:
  • Current RN licensure in the state of Kentucky.
  • At least two years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a PCU or similar setting.
  • Ability to work 12-hour shifts and 36 hours per week.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
