At CVS Health, we're committed to delivering enhanced human-centric healthcare for a rapidly changing world. As a Staff Pharmacist, you'll play a critical role in transforming our culture and accelerating our ability to innovate and deliver solutions to make healthcare more personal, convenient, and affordable.

As a key member of our pharmacy team, you'll be responsible for supporting the management, oversight, and operation of all aspects within your pharmacy. This includes patient safety, pharmacy professional practice, regulatory requirements, quality assurance, customer service, personnel management, inventory management, financial profitability, loss prevention, and workflow management.

You'll align others around purpose to gain support and commitment and actively contribute to a 'team' culture that promotes caring, energy, enthusiasm, and pride.

Apply your acquired knowledge to help drive healthy outcomes and differentiate CVS from competitors. If you're passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and making a meaningful impact in the healthcare industry, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.

Required qualifications include an active pharmacy license in the state in which you are employed, not being on the DEA Excluded Parties List, immunization certification through an accredited organization, and no pending felony charges or convictions for criminal offenses involving controlled substances. Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Pharm. D. degree.

We offer a competitive pay range, with the typical pay range for this role being $73.00 per hour. This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. In addition to your compensation, enjoy the rewards of an organization that puts our heart into caring for our colleagues and our communities.
