Position Overview:
Shift: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM
Role Summary:
The Travel Nurse RN is responsible for delivering exceptional nursing care to ensure the comfort and well-being of patients.

This role requires the application of critical thinking and independent judgment across all stages of the nursing process, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation.

The nurse will lead and supervise a team of nursing professionals, which may include Certified Nursing Assistants, Licensed Practical Nurses, and various technicians.

Collaboration with team members and other healthcare disciplines is essential to provide comprehensive patient care.

Documentation:
Timely and accurate documentation of patient care, conditions, reactions, and responses to treatments is required, along with tracking patient progress.


Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the Emergency Department - Required
- Previous experience as a charge nurse and willingness to assume that role - Required
- Familiarity with Cerner system - Required
- TNCC certification - Preferred

Additional Information:
- Rate: 87 other weekend (AHA), PALS (AHA), BLS (AHA)
- Guaranteed Hours: 36
- Contract Duration: 91 weeks
