Position Overview

Professor Gatsby's Heating & Cooling is seeking a dedicated full-time Lead HVAC Technician / HVAC Installer to oversee the installation of residential and light commercial heating and air conditioning systems. This role involves managing the installation team and facilitating effective communication between clients and our office.

Our technicians typically work Monday through Friday with standard hours from 7 AM to 4 PM or 8 AM to 5 PM, including occasional overtime opportunities. We offer a competitive compensation structure ranging from $30 - $50/hour, based on experience, along with bonuses and incentives.
